Four Pillars Financials — Terms of Engagement
1. Engagement & Services
By engaging Four Pillars Financials, you agree that all advisory, diagnostic, and automation services are provided under the scope defined in your signed engagement or intake agreement. Deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities are outlined per engagement, and either party may terminate with written notice as specified therein.
2. Payment & Billing
Fees are billed according to the pricing tier or bespoke arrangement agreed at onboarding. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated. Late or non-payment may result in suspension of active engagements. All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, except where required by law.
3. Intellectual Property
Frameworks, methodologies, templates, and tooling developed by Four Pillars Financials remain our exclusive intellectual property. Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the specific deliverables prepared for your business. You retain ownership of your own data and materials provided to us.
4. Disclaimer & Liability
Our services provide financial operations guidance and are not a substitute for legal, tax, or accounting advice. While we deliver our work with diligence and expertise, outcomes depend on factors beyond our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement.
